Terms and Conditions for Linko
1. Platform Only – Linko is an online platform that connects drivers and fleet owners. We do not own, rent, or operate any vehicles.
2. No Responsibility – Linko is not responsible for any agreements, contracts, disputes, damages, theft, accidents, injuries, or losses that occur between drivers and fleet owners.
3. Private Agreements – All drivers and fleet owners are responsible for creating their own private agreements. Linko does not review, approve, or enforce any agreements.
4. Vehicle Condition – Fleet owners are responsible for the condition of their vehicles. Drivers are responsible for inspecting vehicles before renting.
5. Insurance – Both drivers and fleet owners are responsible for their own insurance. Linko does not provide insurance.
6. Use at Your Own Risk – You use this platform at your own risk. Linko is not liable for any loss or damage.
7. Verification – Linko does not guarantee the identity, background, or reliability of any user.
8. Disputes – Any dispute between drivers and fleet owners must be resolved between yourselves. Linko will not mediate or arbitrate.
9. Changes – Linko may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
10. Document Requirements
- All drivers must have valid and proper documents (including but not limited to: ID, Driver’s License, PrDP where required).
- Fleet owners must have valid vehicle and business documents.
- Drivers agree to provide their documents to fleet owners via the chat system, privately, or when they meet in person.
- Fleet owners agree to provide their vehicle documents to drivers upon request.
- Linko does not store, verify, or guarantee the authenticity of any documents. That responsibility belongs to the users.
- By using this platform, both drivers and fleet owners confirm they are willing to share documents with each other before entering any rental agreement.
